At Robedumarie, all orders are processed according to the product, fabric, quantity, and specifications selected by the customer.

No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges after delivery, except where required by applicable law or where expressly stated in our policies.

We do not accept returns due to:

* Change of mind
* Incorrect product or fabric selection
* Incorrect colour or quantity
* Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
* Personal preference
* Minor variations inherent to fabric

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your product arrives damaged or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After review, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution.

Custom and Cut Fabric

Products that are cut, customized, processed, dyed, printed, or specially prepared according to a customer’s requirements are not eligible for return or exchange, except where required by applicable law or where the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and paying applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and other destination-country charges unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights applicable to your purchase.
