General Refunds
Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer after payment and are generally not eligible for returns or refunds, except as stated below or where required by applicable law.
Orders Cancelled by Us
If we cancel an order because we are unable to fulfill it, the amount paid for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method where possible.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a product that is materially damaged or substantially different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly after delivery.
We may request:

* Photos/videos of the product and packaging
* Description of the issue
If the issue is verified, we may provide a replacement, refund, or another appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
Custom and Cut Products
Products that have been cut, customized, processed, dyed, printed, or made specifically according to a customer’s requirements are generally not eligible for return or refund, except where the product is defective, incorrect, or where required by law.
Fabric Variations
Minor variations in colour, texture, weave, finish, or appearance may occur due to fabric characteristics, manufacturing batches, lighting, photography, or screen settings. Such variations are generally not considered defects.
International Refunds
International refunds are processed from India through the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by bank, payment provider, or card issuer.
Exchange-rate fluctuations and bank/payment-provider charges may affect the final amount received.
Customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, and destination-country charges are generally non-refundable and remain the customer’s responsibility.
Shipping Charges
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable law or otherwise agreed by us.
